Finally! Glad to hear. As always, that Velocity Blue is killer! The beige interior looks good too.

Congrad's - ? did you have time to see underneath for any signs of rust?

A cursory glance thru the wheel wells.
Looked okay at a glance, but not thoroughly covered with appearance in mind.
KCM car
I will look closer when I go pick it up.
I was more interested in just getting a look at over inspecting, plus I was ready to go home

Old thread but I love love love your truck. The supercab long bed is unique and functional. Any chance we could see some more pictures of the interior and maybe your payload sticker? I have a regular cab 8ft bed but a knee injury is driving me toward getting a supercab so I can stretch my right leg out without having to sit with the seatback almost canted forward. Hope this truck is treating you well.

here are a couple of pics taken when new.
has had two years of commuting, so stuff has ended up in the back seat area.
I normally have the rear seats up so i can lay stuff on the floor
(right on top of the original floor mats still in the baggie)
payload is 2008.
The seat is all the way back in this pic.

This one below is after dropping the rear a bit.
Cant really recall if this is after the shackle only or a week later when I removed the 4x4 blocks as well. The 4x4 sticker has been removed (Ilive not too far from the border, so no need to advertise)
301A with these options:
Locking rear
36 gallon fuel tank
step boards
console
HDPP wheels
And I had trailer brakes installed after I took delivery.
Been a pretty good pickup so far, but I keep the old 98 k1500 around for the real dirty work. (still kind of attached to that thing)

Thanks so much for the reply. I love the thought of a super crew but for the number of times there's more than 1 or 2 people in the truck i have a feeling the back would just collect junk. Why not keep the junk in the bed... An 8 ft bed that is! My father passed down to me an 88 supercab long bed that I regret getting rid of. Might be time to bring one back home

I sometimes tote small stuff back there in the back seat area.
Usually stuff from the store or a laptop bag.
Nothing collects.
Easier to toss it in the back seat and retrieve it than it is to reach into the back of this tall truck.
Longbed supers are pretty uncommon anywhere in the 1/2 ton versions.
Only seen a few of either Ford, GM, or Dodge--mostly the 88+ chevys.

The only item behind the front seat in my chevy is a 25ft chain. Virtually everything else gets tossed in the back (like all the bent body parts of the Taurus my cracked up a while ago), time for a trip to the metal salvage. Need to take that one for a spin anyway, been a couple of months since it's been out of the yard.

Very nice truck! Congrats and the below looks amazing.
I'm a little surprised the PAYLOAD is not more but i also know 302A will add some weight vs XL
