I don’t think anyone knows yet, but probably not till November/December at the earliest.

Order book doesn't mean anything, It's not until they get the battery factory up and running in Georgia that matters. Until then we'll see huge wait times. GM has the same problem with the battery factory they're building in Tennessee. With the way labor shortages are right now I don't see then making deliveries any quicker than Tesla did at launch. For the record Tesla has a 9-year head start in scaled large battery production.

Funny thing about that head start? Tesla doesn’t produce batteries. They are all made by Panasonic.

Eh, that makes it sound like they just called up Panasonic and ordered a bunch of batteries out of a catalog. Gigafactory Nevada is a joint venture in a Tesla building and the batteries were jointly designed by Tesla/Panasonic.

They're also building their own battery factories in Austin and Berlin, now, to build their own designs.

They also buy batteries from CATL, in addition to the Panasonic partnership.

Reality is probably somewhere in the middle of a "9-year head start" (that doesn't necessarily mean a 9-year lead) and a kinda dismissive "they're all made by Panasonic".

I thought I read somewhere that Fords was a joint venture with LG? Or is that GM?

LG makes the batteries for the Mach E. SKI is making the batteries for the Lightning.
