3/9 ordered, received my VIN about two weeks later. Build date of 4/19 later changed to 5/3. 4/28 everything showed in production, 5/5 blend, and a 5/28 delivery. I hope it's true but too many options that need semiconductors be pleasantly surprised if happens.

You won’t believe this update.

I ordered 9/30/2020. Truck has been in production since 2/15. This past weekend the tracker finally updated to show an ETA of 5/3 (today), but dealer said his info showed it was still on ramp 59.

Today the tracker updated with an ETA of 8/2!!!

Yes, ordered September 2020, they estimate and plan to deliver in August 2021.

In some ways this makes my life and decisions easier. I’ve been holding out and holding out thinking that I’ve been waiting for so long that the delivery really must be just around the corner. I won’t be waiting until August for a truck I ordered in September and that was built and has been sitting deserted on a lot since February.

Just absolutely unbelievable if that ETA is accurate.
Wow
That’s crazy.
What the hell did you order, a Ford built space shuttle?
What could possibly be holding it up that long.

I’m not holding my breathe.
I'm only at Day 123. Called y Dealer to see if there was any news, because the Ford Tracker is so limited. He told me 3 things:

1. There is a record that Ford Customer Service had contacted me. (Untrue.)
2. My truck was built on 4/22 but is sitting somewhere (doubtless to give it time for the undercarriage to rust to a fine patina).
3. It is awaiting for a chip for the rear camera.
4. He had no idea when the truck would be delivered.

Yes, crappy news but at least it was SOMETHING!

Is your truck showing as "In production" / "produced"?

My dealer updates me every week with a short email...

"No change, June 7th production date".

It sucks that it's so far out but maybe things will be rolling again by then and I'll be lucky enough to actually go into production, have it completed and shipped.

Then it will undeniably be the "Unicorn 150"!

@Broccoli Bob, I have 2 answers:

1. On the Shop.ford.com Tracker, it shows that my Platinum is "In Production". There is also a date underneath it, 4/22/2021, but the circle isn't colored-in. No other date is shown. As of Sunday, the link to the Window Sticker goes instead to a message 'Please check back later. The window sticker has not yet been released for this vehicle.' (For the previous 10 weeks, that link went to the vehicle's Window Sticker).

2. On the F150gen14 F-150 Order Tracker Tool, it shows a "Production Date" of 4/22/2021 (it used to show 4/5/2021) and, on Sunday, started showing an "ETA End Date" of 5/24/2021. No Ship Date or Transit Date, though.

Putting these 2 puzzle pieces together with what my Dealer told me, a picture of a sea of F-150's rusting away in massive Dearborn parking lots starting to emerge. I still have no insight as to if or when when mine will be delivered but at least I have this enduring image of Platinum Purgatory:

I guess I was somewhat luck on my build as I ordered a 600A equipped ecoboost KR, 4x2 Supercab with 157" wheelbase, spray-in liner and wheel well covers. I expect few people ordered this combination as the majority of these trucks appear to be 4x4 and short bed.

Ordered 2/12/21
Built 4/28/21
In Transit 5/1/21
ETA 5/15-5/21

Truck is heading to NC

Well my time in this forum may be over soon. Got some good news today. My truck has been loaded on a carrier and is on route. Michigan is only about a 4 hour drive from me so expecting it to land at the dealer by end of this week. 166 days and finally shipped. Was able to look it up on Cassen's Tracking site but it has not updated yet.

How does that line up with the tracker ETA?

It seems like it would take an army of people weeks to install the missing parts even if they were just something that could be quickly installed.
