Newbie, and first time poster. I currently have a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited with a cargo capacity of approx 1250lbs. Looking to buy a travel trailer this summer and realized if our trailer weighs let's say 7,000 pounds, the the hitch weight could be 700-1050lbs. So I'm 300 pounds and before the wife and dogs and any cargo get in I am over my cargo capacity. I see F-150 lists Eco-boost 4X4 max cargo at 3250. I'd like to get around 2,000 max cargo. We are looking at a Limited. Can it be done? Local dealer only had a Platinum Eco, and max payload was just over 1500. I know options can add some weight but cut the max from 3250 to 1500??? I was hopeful I could stay in a half ton and still tow up to 10,000lbs, but it looks like the payload numbers will keep me out of any of the nicer trim levels. Can anyone with a Limited share their max cargo numbers inside the door??? Thanks
