As per sticker on the truck 35 psi.
I almost bailed on a set of Toyo Open Country tires and a tech showed me a bulletin he had suggesting they needed to be set to 40 psi instead of Ford's 35 recommendation. Made an awesome difference.

Yes , I did that to see if it made a difference. Unfortunately, it did not really help. I did add 5 PSI though in 2 increments up to 45 PSI and it made them roll a little easier, but no real control difference.

That doesn't make me real happy. Looks like I am going tire hunting. Shame to pay so much for a vehicle then get substandard shoes on it.

I’m an optimistic Kinda guy. Awaiting delivery as it left factory yesterday. Y’all have me worried about 10,000,000 different issues now lol. Can I get some “this is the best truck I’ve ever driven” and “no regrets at all!” comments lol. Figure we cheer things up!

I've been eating junk food and going out more just for excuses to drive my truck. I'll sit in it in my driveway and mess around with stuff, I've spent hours looking for songs to work in my speakers, when I'm not in my truck I usually have this forum tabbed so I can find interesting things, tricks, and give my insight if I think it can help someone. It's a great truck and I hope you love yours too.
this is so me lol

What trims/packages/sizes are getting these goodyears?

I have the stock pirelli scorpions on the 20's. I have no clue if they are good or bad, I only know they are not flat. I think they were inflated on a frozen day in dearborn, because on delivery they were >40 psi all around and it has been increasing with spring weather. I let out air to hit 38 each, just like my old XLT that had zero problems and it was always around 38. If it ain't broke (and I have zero expertise), I don't fix it lol

Mine is a Lariat 4x4 502 PB. It has the chrome package and 6.5 ft box.

Tire size is a 275 65 R 18 116t.
They also have the annoying red spray paint dot on the side wall.
I believe that this is done to show that they are from the factory not purchased from a tire dealer.

Traded my 18 Lariat for my 21 XLT FX4. I am very happy with my truck. It rides better, seats are more comfortable and is quieter. I do have some rust but I will handle it.

Mine is a 4x2 Platinum 5.0L, 275/60 R20. I was shocked that it had Goodyears, as prior to that all I heard about on this forum were the Scorpions and the Hankooks. In my opinion, putting the Defenders on made a huge difference.

If you have a power washer it will take those dots right off.
