Yeah, I'll stick with my Rough Country coilover/shock setup that, installed, cost me $800. If its good enough for Hennessy Motorsports, its good enough for me. And after the bullshit I've dealt with on other purchases through Ford Accessories....never again.

$770 for just the front set of 5100s? Jesus, what a rip off. You can get a full set of front and rear 5100s for around $450 from stage3motorsports and $850 for the 6112 stage 1 front and rear set. They're trying to charge you almost double what the full set (front and rear) of 5100s cost for just the front two lol.

That's good to know. I'll have to check out Stage 3. Side note, that the $770 was in CDN.

That looks to be the case. The normal 6112 has grooves for stock height, then every 0.5" up to 2.5". Notice all the grooves on my pic, and that you can't see any grooves on the kit.

Probably because it won’t get the advertised 2” lift since the Pb is heavier. Same issue with the new fox 2.0 and guys are complaining.

If it doesn't get the full level on the PB, I wonder if I would be able to fit 295/70R18 on the stock wheels like others with a level report they can. Once I need new tires I'll probably go to my dealer and have them work up a price on installing this, bigger tires, recal the spedo (yes I know Forescan can, but warranties), and align... one big ugly bill.

The biggest impediment to fitting larger tires is offset. You can fit 35s on a stock offset (+44 - +34), but most pair it with a pokey wheel (+18-0), which changes the scrub radius of the tire to be a larger arc, pushing it into the crashbars.

I just put a 6112/5160 kit in my shortbed powerboost with standard tow package (NOT maxtow).

I had the dealer set the struts to max height (2.5 in lift) and still have about 1.5 inches of rake. Also added 285/65r20 Maxxis ATs (34.7x11.6 in) on stock sport wheels, and once the wheel well liner was re-installed correctly, it has no rubbing.

IIRC the front now measures 39.5" to the wheel well, and the rear wheel well is 41" from the ground

“The damper is painted and clear coated steel. We do not recommend this kit for the following models:

Two-wheel drive
high payload package
F-150 diesel
F-150 hybrid (powerboost)
F-150 Tremor

The spring rate is proprietary information unfortunately, management won’t let us give that out."
