2023 F-150 New Colors Revealed: Area 51, Avalanche Gray, Azure Gray, Code Orange

Should have taken a picture of my Space White today as the storm rolled in, feel dumb now not doing it, had a nice blue hue against the dark storm clouds.

Avalanche is close, but has a lot more gray, can’t believe Space White only lasted 2 model years.

HA! I knew it. I wanted an orange and Ford used to offer a color Autumn Orange. I said I go ahead and order a 2022 then Ford will probably add it back for 2023.

Autumn Orange was more of a midnight color but with the BAP it would look outstanding. I wonder if this is a specialty color or for any F-150. We'll have to see if anyone gets it.

Orange would have been a perfect color for me... our high school colors were orange/white.

Are they changing colors to spice up the MY or simply due to costs and suppliers? I got Kodiak Brown and was considering Guard, but wife didn't really like it. Both disappeared in MY22.

Guard is a specialty color that has shown up a couple of times, but hasn't lasted more than a year yet. If you could get guard with sport appearance I would have ordered a 2018 with that, instead of a 2017. Loved it on my '16 Mustang (again, 1 year color).

Tried finding this in the order PDFs… are these new colors- specifically avalanche gray - going to be available w/ powerboost engine? Really annoyed me last year that I couldn’t order a space white PB last the past 2 years.

space white is a great colour. my second personal choice after leadfoot, which also only lasted 1 year I believe. I needed up colour matching the front and rear ford emblems so they're chrome and leadfoot, instead of chrome and blue. looks great

Kansas City plant doesn’t build Powerboost motors.

That's a good question, if it will be factory dependent. I'll ask on Monday.

Area 51
Avalanche Gray
Azure Gray Metallic
Code Orange

I think I’ll order the color that best will stand up to a few months in a Dearborn storage lot!

Looks like avalanche is available on the tremor, which is only built in DB so it should be available.

They did away with Smoked Quartz so now it’s even more unique. I get plenty of compliments about SQ.
