Bluecruise OTA Status?

I got 2.7.4 on Wednesday and I was wondering number is next? The Wiki page show 2.4.5, but that doesn't seem right. Is it 2.7.5? Hoping to get my third update this week and be past this long wait to BC!

Probably an omission. Should go 2.75 then 2.81 ...

Unfortunately not much it looks like. Apr 8th they tried TSB 22-2117 and failed.

Noticed in the widget that 2.7.4 was queued up. Checked truck and there was no update ready symbol and nothing to update. Set up a schedule for a later time since I had cleared all of that about 2 weeks ago. About 10 min later had app notification that 2.7.4 will install at the scheduled time. And it did. Hoping for 2.8.1 next.

I’m totally frustrated…2 trips to dealer for 8 days…. Software is updated according to dealer but now i have no lane centering and get message bluecruise not available when i turn it on….

My connected services does not show bluecruise even though its a prep and i got the letter saying you get a free year

i called into ford and they said i need dealer to activate it…this is crazy….

Been following this thread. Well, 2.81 just dropped OTA on my job 1 truck yesterday...finally...and....fails to update over and over. Absurd. Now what?

I got it and took a look. Youa re actually in good shape. They need to run a COnfig on the IPC. The issue looks like the IPC update was done at the dealer and it failed. THe OTA came through in May and loaded the half that didnt load.

SO what needs to happen now that the IPC is updated they need to run a Config on it.

Great thanks..hopefully they understand and will listen to what i tell them… how long does that process take? Hopefully i can stop by and they do it while i wait??

Running a config will take less time than them getting set up. It takes a few mins. If they do run it let me know as soon as they do and I can take a look and tell you if it was successful.
