WELD OFF-ROAD WHEELS

Has anyone run WELD OFF-ROAD wheels on their 2021 or 2022 yet? I saw a set and I actually really like them but would like to see them on a truck first. The picture I attached is the Weld Cheyenne.

I just ordered them for my truck. I have not seen these at all in person. It’s a brand new wheel. Mabey I will be the first f150 with them and start a trend

I think you made a great choice. They looks very tough but also sleek.

So I just got the wheels and tires on. It looks way Better than I expected. 22x10 Weld Cheyenne with a 35x12.50 Toyo RT. The truck has a 3.5” Readylift SST kit installed in the front.

I have a AMB chrome pkg Lariat coming, and I don't really like the 18 chrome wheels. I was worried that going all black would look a little off with the chrome. These have enough polished metal and shiny black that I think they might look great even with the chrome.

Here is newb question though. Are they as strong as factory wheels? I tow a 7500 pound boat during the summer and need something up tp the task. Hopefully they don't weigh a lot more either.

They should be just as strong if not stronger. They are rotary formed meaning the process of making the wheel makes it stronger and lighter than your usual cast alloy wheel. And they definitely have alot of milling! It looks great imo

The Stealth w168 is the lightest 20" that I've found at 30 lbs. Its rated at 2500 lbs and rotary formed, so should be good to go. If nobody else does, I'll put a set on in 9-12 months and report back.

Stock 20" 6 spoke cast plus 275/60R20 Hankook Dynapro AT2 P are 82#, and the above wheel with BFG T/A KO2 275/60R20 should be 85#. We'll see what that does to mileage.

Gas mileage took a really bad hit with my setup. I was averaging around 18 ish now I average about 13-14mpg. It’s all about smiles per gallon.

I am very conscious of this; I'm not lifting or increasing tire size to avoid a mileage hit as my truck is also a long range work vehicle.

Where did you guys order your wheels from? Any suggestions on someplace that may have a small discount? I think I am going to try the Chasm's or Stealth. I have June 9 blend date, so I have some time, but want to order now if I find something I like.

I ordered my wheels and tires through les Schwab tires and they honored welds sale price. So I got 4 wheels for the price of 3 at the time.
