Regardless, I think this will be the one for me because I know the new Raptor will be wayyyyy out of my price range.

The standard 3.5 EB or the HO 3.5 EB from the outgoing Raptor in the new Tremor is more than enough and I’d be just as happy.

Maybe it’s just me but Iconic Silver looks awesome on the Tremor and this will be my color of choice.

I'm curious what the "Code Orange" is in the screen shots. I agree with you though the "Iconic Silver" had my attention anyways and then the Tremor with it's orange accents just sets it off.

Also wondering if based on the info in these screen shots is telling us it will fall in between XLT and Lariat since it's trim packages are labeled in the 400s while XLT is 300s and Lariat is 500s.

Based on the interior pics and video, it looks like it’ll be based on the Lariat with the FX4 package so......a step above the FX4 Lariat but not in the class of the Raptor.

The reason I think it’s based on a Lariat and not the XLT, the black leather interior which we know can’t be had on a XLT from the factory.

As far as the numbers go, one might think that it would be based on the XLT but, all of the other numbers are taken so Ford is stuck with the 400’s.

This might be a smart move because if the Tremor goes away, the next special F150 that comes along can use the same 400 number system.

Just a thought.

I feel like the tremor trim will end up falling in between xlt and lariat. My best guess would be a 400a would be like a xlt 301a possibly with the big screen and I feel like you would be able to option leather seats and it may come standard with the reflector led lights with the option for the projectors in the 402a. Personally I think this will end up being the perfect f150 trim. I hope I end up being somewhat correct lol

The other drawback would be break over angle, and that is a big hit on a truck targeted at the off-road market.
Kinda defeats the whole Super Crew thing, doesn’t it.
If break over was so important, regular cab short bed would be the way to go.

Tremor is 400/401/402. Base is cloth seats with a steering column shifter. Im assuming the basic with 8” center console screen is just like a 300 xlt. 401 would most likely be (my guess) similar to 302 with 12” center screen and center console shifter. 402 would be like the lariat where it goes leather and sound system and such. This is just me trying to put the pieces together until Ford puts it out. The code orange screen shot is for the raptor colors, as it’s grouped with the raptor package screenshots.

That's some good info!

I went to my local dealer the other day and they knew nothing about the Tremor packages or availability. They also didn't like my answer that I wouldn't buy the XLT they had on the lot that day and I was waiting for the Tremor to be released.

The initial Ford announcement says that "Tremor high series customers get a torque-on-demand transfer case " which I assume is the "two speed automatic AWD" so I'd like to see them confirm that and availability on the Torsen front differential.

Fingers crossed they release more details on the Tremor when they release the Raptor announcement in a couple of weeks and then start taking orders.

Pretty amazing you can get the 12" Infotainment screen AND the 12" productivity screen on the tremor package!

No red color option for the Tremor? Oh well, at least they offer Antimatter Blue. I really dig that dark-dark blue color. Can't wait to see how the new Raptor looks in all of those color options.

Yeah no red? The tester in the spy shots was red. What don't they think those orange accents would look good with red?

Does the lariat sport grille look like cheap plastic to anyone else or is it just me?
Totally agree. They all look like cheap plastic. The nicest one happens to be the cheapest one. They should just let you choose whatever grille you want and maybe just save some special ones for the limited and platinum.
