This happened to me as well. I bought the truck waiting to be shipped then tracking vanished and dealer can't find any info either. Please let me know if you hear anything on this. Thanks.

Just checked with dealer said system was working this morning. No tracking still on my truck once was ordered.

My platinum should be traveling through Utah now. Passed through Green River Wyoming this morning. Hopefully, I will have for the weekend of the 16th.

No info. They thought I had a loaner truck from them when I am still driving what was MY Raptor. I have to keep prodding them for anything.

I found this interesting, I went on line and built my truck again to see what the pricing difference was. To replace my truck with today's prices would run me over $1300 more.

I don't know of a number to call. I was told all we can do is wait. My sells guys is pretty good he was frustrated with the process as well. I'm still driving my 16 platinum and happy they didn't give me a loaner.

Any movement is good movement! Well, except when they move dates back but this is 2021 and it will be all things good!

Last update I can get, waiting on truck now to carry to the dealer 100 miles away. So anytime between tomorrow and Saturday is a good bet. Sat will be 10 days total travel time.
