Good video, I saw someone else talk about their generator running on start up too. Definitely wanna see pics with those new wheels when you put them on. I'm considering them for a Lead Foot.

Would look sick in lead foot!
They arrived today but the shop putting on my readylift 2.25 won’t be available until Wednesday.

My generator runs about 50% of the time on startup. I don't know if it is a level of charge condition or temperature .

If you leave you truck running, don't close the door all the way, no double honk.

You can set you power boards not to deploy till you grab the door handle. I had to do mine becase I walk by it in the garage all the time and don't like it going up and down.

I also think the noise of the motor pulling the boards up and down is too loud inside the truck. I may see if I can dampen that somehow.

Great video. Thanks for sharing. I‘ve been wondering what that box underneath the back seat is doing. Good to know it is linked to the generator. I agree it would be nice if it would stay off even after restart. The fan is definitely too loud.

Agreed that the power boards are too loud too. I usually have them set to never go down. I’m fairly tall and find that the boards make it more awkward for me to get in and out of the truck.
